Standard Shipping Time:8-15 business days.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping rather than the date of order and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We want to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please ensure you select the correct model and color, as we cannot modify your order. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

  • The shipment method you choose;
  • The destination country that the package ships to;
  • The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs depend on the package's weight and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

TRACKING

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please get in touch with the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.

After your package is shipped (with a 1-5 business day processing time), please allow an additional 1-2 days for the tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.

DELIVERY

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may result in a delay in the estimated delivery time.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged upon arrival of the parcel at the destination country. The customs office of the specific destination determines these charges.

Customers must pay all import (customs) duties and/or taxes according to local customs policy.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

RETURNS & EXCHANGS

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for customized items once they have been processed. Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be used by other customers. Thanks for your understanding.

You may return the new, unopened, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Note

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Sometimes, unexpected delays are caused by thorough inspections of stock issues, especially during high-volume periods.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery details, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
