Q. How do you contact us?

Q: Can I change the receiving address of the order?

A: We are happy to change the receiving address for you. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order and providing the new shipping address. Our customer service personnel will handle it for you because we can only change your products before they are unpacked and shipped, so you need to contact us as soon as possible to change the address

Q: Can I cancel the order after I place the order?

A: If your order is not delivered, please get in touch with our customer service personnel to cancel the order

Q: Which countries and regions do you ship to?

Q: Why was my payment declined?

A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Klarna, and Discover.

If you have trouble paying via credit card, please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card, as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or that your bank is currently reviewing the card. If your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

If the above instructions fail, please contact your bank or reach out to us with as much detail as possible, including any error messages, so that we can assist you.

Q: What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email?

A: If you do not receive an order confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email when placing your order, or the email may have been intercepted. You can log into your account and find your order on our website.

Q: How to use "Coupon Code"?

A: You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout. Once you've entered your coupon code, click "apply," and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click" apply" before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect the coupon and Bonus Point discount.

NOTES:

Please ensure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no spaces before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you copy/paste the promotional code you received.

Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.

Coupons are subject to offer terms. This excludes some items on our website that are not eligible for coupon discounts.
