General questions
What is the status of my order?
After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is in the "Preparing for Shipping", "Shipping" or "Delivered" status, we cannot accept edits to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

Uniformity primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.

Credit card payment security
We can also accept credit card payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

In what currency will I be charged?
All our transactions are based in NIS. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for the currency you choose depending on the location you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4 payment option?
We accept 3 times payment.

Where are you sending?
We ship worldwide including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, and offer payment via PayPal and credit card.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process it.
Shipping time is based on the delivery method you selected.

How can I track my package?
After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to arrange a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may need to go to your local post office to pick up your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is probably sold in our online store
- The item should not have been used in any way
- The request for a refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the boat.
To request a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges and they follow the same terms as returns.
In order to request an exchange, please indicate that you would like your item to be exchanged for another item when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Your return shipping is free in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on cowys.com , the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are approved within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Upon receipt of your return, the refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days from the time our services receive your return.
